Yoga has always been a personal practice. One on One with teacher student.  by studying individually with a teacher you will refine awareness, take greater depth physically and emotionally and gain confidence. 

What to expect from an individual session?
During each session we will review your intentions and direction. we will explore your practice together. You'll receive a personalized at home practice to work on until your next session.

Location is in my office
or at your location (travel times apply to rates).
Group and Family rates  are available.
corporate or workplace classes available for your convenience.
